6 Egg Whites1 Cup unsweetened applesauce1 1/2 C.Sugar2 Cups canned pumpkin2 Cups all purpose flour3 tsp. low-sodium baking powder2 tsp. ground cinnamon1/2 tsp. ground ginger1/4 tsp. ground cloves1/2 tsp. all spice
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine egg whites, applesauce, sugar, and pumpkin in a large bowl; mix thoroughly. Mix flour, baking, cinnamon, ginger, pumpkin mixture. Stir just until all ingredients are moistened. Transfer to an 8x8" nonstick baking pan, sprayed with vegetable spray. Bake until lightly browned, about 20 minutes. Allow to cool before serving

I think the owner has a typo here, I also made it and it was gooey so I continued 10 minutes more at a time until 50 minutes went by and still gooey. So then I made it in a 9x12 pan and baked for 50 minutes and could also cut into 24 pieces as recipe states, which you cannot do in an 8x8pan, good - 12/21/09
