Stove Top Stuffing Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
1 box Stove Top Stuffing1.5 c water1/2 c. Egg Beaters16oz. ground turkey
Directions
Mix Stove Top stuffing mix with Water and Egg Beaters then add Turkey. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Use lg. Pampered Chef Scoop to scoop out 32 meat balls on to a baking pan covered with foil on the bottom and sprayed with non-stick olive oil spray. Bake at 425 degrees for 16 minutes or until done. Cool and divide to freeze or add to sauce of your choice. 4 meatballs= 1serving. I usually divide the recipe in two - use 1/2 now and freeze 1/2 for later. Enjoy!
