5 cups quick oats1/4 cup honey1/3 cup sugar free syrup1/4 cup unpacked brown sugar1 cup chopped walnuts1 cup dried mixed fruits
makes 28 1/4 cup servings
mix walnuts, oats and brown sugar together
next combine honey and syrup and mix with dry ingredients. you can also add vanilla or almond flavoring too if you choose.
bake 10 minutes then stir, repeat at 10 minute intervals until it is toasted to your taste
