Slow Cooker Beefy Pot Roast

Ingredients
8 Carrots, sliced1 medium onion, sliced1 box Lipton Beefy Onion mix1 c. Water2.5 lb. Beef Chuck Roast
Directions
1) Brown roast in a skillet.
2) Empty both packets of beefy onion mix in crock pot.
3) Add 1 cup of water and mix well.
4) Slice carrots and place in the bottm of crock pot.
5) Place roast on top of carrots.
6) Place sliced onion on top of roast.
7) Place on low and cook for 8 hours.

Serve with mashed potatoes.
Note: You can use the left over juice in the crock pot to make gravy.
