Mex Egg Cups

Ingredients
2 slices of cooked bacon2 tablespoons of salsa2 tablespoos of canned rinsed black beans2 large eggs2 tablespoons of shredded cheese (lowfat)
Directions
Make these in two ramekins or small microwave cups. Put a tablespoon of salsa in each. Next a tablespoon of beans in each. Crack a large egg over each. Top the eggs with shredded cheese and crumble the cooked bacon over the cheese.
Cook in the microwave 1 to 1.5 minutes; depending on how you like your eggs and the power of your microwave.
