Sugar Free Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
1 can (15oz) pure pumpkin3/4 c sugar� t salt1 t ground cinnamon� t ground ginger1/4 t ground cloves2 large eggs 1 can (12 fl. oz) evaporated 2% milk
Directions
Mix in order of list above. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
Spray pie plate and pour into dish.
Bake in preheated 425* F oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350* F, bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
