Old Tyme Slow Cooker Beef Stew

Ingredients
1.5 lbs Beef chuck or stew meat, in one-inch cubes3 large carrots, chopped1 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped1 medium onion, cut into wedges4 medium potatoes, chopped1 1/2 cups beef broth3 tsp Lea & Perrin's Worchestershire Sauce1/4 cup white flour1 medium celery stalk, chopped1 tsp paprika
Directions
1. Dredge beef cubes in flour. Fry in olive oil until browned.
2. Add all other ingredients into a large slow cooker. Cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours, or on High for 4 to 5 hours.
3. Yields roughly six 1 1/2 cup servings
