6 small to medium potatoes3 cloves of garlic1 tbs olive oildash of salt1 tbs dried rosemary
Directions
Peel and cut potatoes in medium wedges
drizze with olive oil
cover in diced garlic, herbs and spices
put in 400 degree oven for30-45 minutes depending on heat
