Broiled Tuna Steaks-Rainbow's

Ingredients
15 oz of tuna steaks3 tablespoons brown sugarJuice from 1 small lime
Directions
Set oven to high broil and move top shelf 4-6 inches from broiler.

1. Mix brown sugar and juice from lime together into blended.
2. Line large baking pan with foil. Spray wire rack with Pam.
3. Brush tuna steaks with mixture and broil 5-6 minutes per side. Brush with mixture during the cooking time.

Makes 5 3oz servings
