Blueberry/Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup frozen, unsweetened blueberries1 frozen banana (freeze ahead of time peeled and wraped in plastic wrap)1 cup yogurt - skim milk, plain or vanilla1 cup orange juice1 tsp vanilla flavoring
Directions
A Smoothie blender has worked best for me. Add all the ingredients to the blender except the OJ and puree, stopping to stir occasoinally. Add the OJ a bit at a time until the mix spins and stirs smoothly on its own. Let this blend for another 30 seconds longer and then serve.
