Extra Firm TofuBrown RiceTrader Joe's Greens with EnvyOlive OilTamari
Directions
Cook brown rice. Cube the tofu, and saute it in the olive oil and 1/2 Tbsp of tamari. Heat Greens with Envy, and mix brown rice, sauteed tofu, and greens in a bowl. Add 1 Tbsp of tamari and toss to coat.
