Fajita Meat & Vegi Filling

Ingredients

1.25 lbs lean stew meat -beef1 large onion sliced1 medium green bell pepper sliced1/2 medium red bell pepper sliced1 Lawry's packet fajita mix
In a 12" skillet, cook til tender the onion and bell peppers. Remove and set aside. (I have Royal Presitage Cookware so no oil needed. May try adding water to steam the vegitables.)
In same skillet, brown beef; drain if desired. (If using the actual lean meat, do not drain and use it for the liquid for the mix.) I did not drain.
Stir in mix to meat and meat juice. (if drained beef, add 1/4 cup of water) Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes.
Return vegetables to skillet and heat through.
Serve in tortilla of choice.
