Asian Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef1 4 oz. can mushrooms1/4 C. green onions, sliced1 C cabbage and carrot mixture1/4 t. garlic powder1/4 C soy sauce1/4 C brown sugar1 t. white wine sugar
Directions
Makes 4 servings
1. In a fry pan, cook ground beef thoroughly and drain off grease.
2. Add mushrooms, green onion, cabbage and carrot misture and garlic powder. Saute over medium heat until vegetables begin to soften.
3. Mix together soy sauce, brown sugar and white wine vinegar. Pour over meat mixture and cook until heated through.
4. Serve with Lettuce leaves for wrapping.
