Fresh Avocado Salsa

Ingredients
1 Avocado, diced1 Red Onion, diced2 Medium Tomatoes, diced2 cloves of Garlic minced1 Jalapeno Peppers, diced (optional)1 tsp. Cumin (or to taste)Juice of 1 LimeDash of Salt & Pepper 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Directions
Cut up tomatoes, onion, garlic and jalapeno (for less heat, remove seeds or leave out). Add to large bowl and stir together. Add cumin, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lime juice. Dice avocado and add just before serving. Enjoy!
