italian grill veggies

Ingredients
1 cup fresh snap green beans1 large red bell pepper3/4 cup cherry tomatos1 cup baby portobello mushrooms slice or whole2 medium to large baby zucchini sliced1/2 cup onion cut into large sections5 small baby gold/yellow potatoes boiled and cut into quarters5-6 cloves garlicabout 5 tablespoons light italian dressinga dash of season salta dash of garlic powder (for extra garlic lovers)
Directions
mix all together with salad dressing
put in aluminum foil
heat on grill on medium heat until done to your liking.

    Excellent! I made this with asparagus instead of green beans, and just sprayed the foil with Pam instead of salad dressing - the entire family loved it! It cooks on the grill along with some chicken or fish and you're good to go! - 6/13/07
