1 can chickpeas, drained or 1 cup fresh soaked5 cloves raw garlic, peeled1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, more or less as desired1 tablespoon prepared tahini (ground sesame)bottled or purified water to thin the recipe to suit
mash garlic cloves in food processor or garlic press. Put all ingredients in food processor bowl with sharp steel blade and process until smooth adding water a little at a time and scraping the bowl occasionally until hummus is of a pastelike consistency or suitable to you.
Enjoy with soy crisps, pita bread, raw vegetables, or whatever you like !!
