Spicy Black Bean Burger

2 cans Bush's reduced sodium black beans, drained2 green zucchini, finely chopped3 cloves garlic, finely chopped1 jalapeno, finely chopped1 medium onion, finely chopped2 7 oz cans of salsa verdechili powder and cumin to taste1/2 cup flour1/2 cup bread crumbs
Combine zucchini, garlic, jalapeno, onion, and salsa verde and saute in a pan until soft (about 3 to 5 minutes).
In a separate container, mash black beans. Add sauteed mixture from above. Add flour and bread crumbs. Mix well and form in to 8 patties.
Place patties in freezer for 15 minutes (overnight works best). Bake for 25 minutes at 400.
