Protein/Meal Replacement Bars

Ingredients
Oat Bran, 1/3 cup (can grind in coffee grinder) Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1/2 cup Honey, 1/4cup Molasses, blackstrap, 1 tbsp Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 2/3 cup, dry (grind in coffee grinder)Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp Flax Seed, 2.5 tbsp (grind in coffee grinder, also optional due to the way it changes the texture)TVP, 1 cup ground (use coffee grinder)1 T vanilla
Directions
Grind oats, flax seed, TVP, & bran (opt) in a coffee grinder separately. Mix together w/fingers. Add cocoa powder & mix. Then add peanut butter, honey, molasses, & vanilla. Stir with spoon until unable to stir, then finish mixing w/fingers.

Press into bread pan or small oblong pan (mine is 4 x 6) & cut into 8 equal pieces. Refrigerate.
