Borracho beans

Ingredients
1 Tbsp olive oil1 medium onion, chopped1 stalk celery chopped1 jalapeno pepper, chopped1 tsp chili powder1 tsp cumin2 tomatoes chopped2 15 oz canned pinto beans, drained1 C light beer1/2 C cilantro, chopped3 garlic cloves, minced
Directions
Heat oil in pan. saute onion, celery, peppers and garlic for 5 minutes. Add seasonings and tomatoes and satue for another 5 minutes.

Add beans and beer to the pan. Combine ingredients well. Simmer the beans for 20 minutes until they appear saucy but not runny. Season with salt and cilantro.
