Sour Cream and Chive Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
1.4 lb yukon potatoes1/4 cup fat free milk1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream1.5 Tbp Chives, chopped
Directions
Boil potatoes untill fork tender
Drain water and mash
Add milk, sour cream, chives, and salt & pepper (to taste)
Mix untill well blended
