Fish Chowder

Ingredients
tilapiared potatoesonionskim milkbutter
Directions
Put in a saucepan:
* 1 pound of tilapia
* 1 cup water

Cook slowly until the fish flakes when tried with a fork. Remove the fish and separate it into flakes. Set aside.

Add to the cooking water:
* 2 cups potatoes cut in 1/2 inch cubes
Cook until tender but still firm.

Meanwhile saute 1 diced onion in butter. Add onion to the potatoes. Add the fish. Add 2 cups milk. Heat and stir. Don't boil.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
