Fresh Chop Salad

Ingredients
.5 bag of American or greener salad blend1.5 cups torn fresh spinach.5 cucumber with the peel on chopped4 radishes halved and sliced5 medium button mushrooms halved and sliced2 slices red onion chopped into small pieces1 large Roma tomato chopped1.5 T balsamic vinegar3 T feta cheese.25 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
Directions
Add all veggies and vinegar to a large bowl with a lid and toss. Sprinkle crumbled feta over the top and add black pepper to taste.

Makes 3 servings of approximately 2 cups.
