Tasty lightly sweetened zucchini bread (lower fat)

Ingredients
2-1/2 Cups Organic whole wheat flour1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1-1/2 cup wheat germ1-1/2 cup ground flax3 tsp ground cinnamon3 eggs200ml unsweetened applesauce40ml canola oil3/4 cup agave syrup3 tsp vanilla extract3-1/2 cup grated zucchini1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Makes 2 loaves of 10 slices each

Preheat oven to 325

Prepare pans (pam&flour)

sift together all dry ingredients

beat wet ingredients and then mix in dry together

add nuts & zucchini.

Pour batter into separate pans and bake for 40-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool in pan for 30 minutes, release from pans and cool completely
