Low Fat Lasagna

Ingredients
Tomato Sauce (32 oz)Tomato, whole (32 oz)Lasaga noodles Fat Free Cottage Cheese (32 oz)Frozen Spinach, defrosted (10 oz)Fat Free Mozzarella (2 Cups)1 Egg2 TBS Basil 1 TBS Oregano3 TBS Parsley, devided3 Cloves Garlic, CrushedOnion, medium
Directions
Combine Tomato Sauce, whole tomatoes, Basil, Oregano, 1 TBS parsley, garlic, and diced onions in a large pot over med-high heat. When heated through chop the whole tomatoes up with either a wooden spoon or potato mashers. Bring sauce to boil and let boil for 3 minutes, do not scortch. Reduce heat to simmer for 1 hr - 4 hrs.

Make noodles according to package. But dry them very well on a towel or paper towels.

In a large bowl combine cottage cheese, egg, and 2 TBS parsely, mix together.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a 9X13 in pan begin layering:
Sauce, noodles,cottage cheese, spinach, sauce, and cheese.

Cover with foil and back 25 min, remove foil and bake 10 min longer. Place under broil for a a min or so if you enjoy a burnt bubbly cheese top!
