Chicken with olives

Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil3 pounds chicken breast2 14oz cans hunts tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano1 clove garlic3 T parsley1/4 tsp thyme3/4 c. chicken broth2 T lemon1 c. black olives1/8 tsp. cayenne
Directions
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Brown chicken breast. Put breasts in a 9 by 13 oven safe dish. Add all of rest of ingredients, except olives and cayenne, to skillet and heat. Pour over chicken. Bake in oven 30 minutes. Add olives and sprinkle cayenne over top. Bake another 10 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
