Blueberry bran muffins!!!!

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 1 large Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal, 2 cup (1 serving) Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 2 cup, unthawed Baking Soda, 2 tsp Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp.Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cupegg white, fresh, 2 large Buttermilk, nonfat, 2 cup Sucanat, 0.50 cupApplesauce - Unsweetened (2/3 cup), 1 cup Salt, Redmond All Natural Sea Salt, 2 tsp mix all dry ingredients, add wet ingredients, don't over mix. Then add fruit. Spoon into muffin cups about 3/4 full. Bake ~15 at 425 degrees. Yummy!!!
