Kami's Zuccini and Ground Beef Bake

2 cups (dry) pasta rotini-shell-mafalda8 oz. Supreme Lean Ground Beef2 cups Your choice of red Pasta Sauce1 cup Asparagus1.5 cup Zuccini.25 cup Onion chopped1 clove Garlic2 tsp Italian Seasoning.25 cup Grated Parmesan
Serves 4 1 1/2 cup portions
-Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
-Boil pasta, drain.
-Roll beef into small (olive sized) balls, cook in frying pan.
-Cut asparagus and zuccini into 1" pieces.
-Chop onion.
-Mince Garlic.
-Mix sauce, pasta, and italian seasoning together then fold in the rest of the ingredients-excluding parmesan.
-Pour mixture into glass pie plate and top with parmesan.
-Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
