Fried Peanut Butter and Banana

Ingredients
1/2 of a medium banana, mashed2 tbsp Jiff reduced fat Peanut Butter2 slices of white breadFat Free cooking spray
Directions
1. Preheat a sprayed skillet on the stove top on high heat
2. Mix your mashed bananas and peanut butter in a bowl
3. Spread mixture on bread
4. Place sandwich in pan and cook for a couple minutes or until golden brown.
5. Flip sandwich and fry the other side
