Mom's Apple Pancakes

Ingredients
2 cu HeartSmart BisQuick baking mix1.25 cu skim milk1 large egg1 apple, peeled and grated.canola (or other) cooking oil
Directions
Use an apple that is at room temperature for best results. Follow directions on BisQuick box, plus add the apple. The way I make 'em, this recipe makes about a dozen. These taste just as good as w/ the old Bisquick recipe (that had trans fat, yikes!) and the texture is flakier.
