2.5 tablespoon6 tsp curry powder1/4 cup corstarch
Toss the curry powder into a dry frying pan, toasting until aromatic. Add cornstarch, mix, then add oil until completely incorporated.It should come out doughy, if it's runny add more cornstarch until its about the consistancy of hummus. Cool and add to your stews that you want to curry.
