Raw Coconut Icecream

Ingredients
2 cups blanched, raw almonds2 cup fresh coconut meat (or re-hydrated raw)2 cups coconut milk2 cups almond milk1/2 cup coconut butter1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Blend everything in a high speed blender until smooth. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
