Licorice ice cream

Ingredients
200g licorice toffees1/4 cup water250ml milk3/4 cup castor sugar500ml thickened cream2 tbsp vanilla extract
Directions
1. melt the licorice and water in a small saucepan. let cool to room temperature.
2. combine the milk and sugar until well combined.
3. add the cream and extract and mix well
4. add the licorice and follow the instructions as normal for your ice cream maker.
5.makes 1.5 litres, enjoy and dont go overboard on the servings
