7 cups dried old fashioned oats1 cup raw sunflower seeds1.5 cups pecans1.5 cups walnuts1 cup coconut oil1 cup honey3 Tablespoons vanilla1 cup dates1 cup golden raisins1 cup craisins1 cup dried blueberries
Heat honey, water in saucepan until bubbling. Add vanilla.
Measure dry ingredients into large bowl: oatmeal, nuts, coconut. Pour warm liquid into dry bowl and coat evenly. Put in oven at 300 degrees for 10 minutes. Stir and cook another 10 minutes. In the meantime measure all dried fruits into large bowl. Add grains to fruit and stir.
