pork tenderloin 8 ozpam cooking oil or spray oila clove af garlic1/2 cup of water1 tbs soy sauce1 tbs ketchup1 tbs splenda2 servings arnold rye roundsamerican cheeselettuceonion slice1tbs balsamic vinegar

MAKES 2 SERVINGS
CUT PORK INTO THIN SLICES., SPRAY FRING PAN WITH MINIMAL COOKING OIL. FRY PORK TO HALF DONE ADD GARLIC OR GARLIC POWDER. WHEN CLOSE TO DONE ADD WATER SOY SAUCE AND KETCHUP. RAISE HEAT TO BOIL, THEN TO SIMMER. ADD SPLENDA AND BALSAMIC VINEGAR. SIMMER FOR A FEW MINUTES. REMOVE FROM HEAT, PLACE PORK ON ROUND THEN CHEESE LETTUCE AND ONION. SOME PEOPLE LIKE THE REMAINING SAUCE FOR DIPPING. ITS QUICK AND USES ONE PAN.

    Used leftover pork tenderloin, thinly sliced. Heated sauce ingredients then added pork to heat. Excellent and quick to fix sandwich. Always good to find a great way to use leftovers. - 11/6/10
