Savoury Scrambled Tofu

1 tbsp Olive oil1 onion, peeled and chopped3 cloves garlic, minced3 1/2 cups tofu3 tbsp Nutritional (inactive) yeast2 tsp dill weed2 tsp garlic powder1 pinch turmeric1.5 tsp sea salt1 tsp black pepper1/2 cup filtered water
1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and saute until translucent.
2. Crumble tofu with your hands and add to the pan. Cook for 2 minutes.
3. Combine the yeast, dill, garlic powder, turmeric, sea salt and black pepper in a small bowl with just enough water to form a thin sauce. Whisk with a fork to remove all lumps.
4. Pour this mixture onto your tofu and stir frequently. The turmeric will give the tofu a nice golden glow. Cook until all liquid has evaporated. remove from heat.
