4 boiled chicken breasts, or 2 large cans of chicken1 apple, peeled and chopped1 c grapes, quartered1 c chopped pecans1 c Kraft fat-free mayo2 tbs sweet relish1 tbs dijon mustard1 tsp celery saltsalt and pepper to taste
Combine everything in a bowl and serve.
*This is wonderful alone, as a sandwhich on sunflower bread, or as a snack on crackers.
