Fruity Chicken Salad

Ingredients
4 boiled chicken breasts, or 2 large cans of chicken1 apple, peeled and chopped1 c grapes, quartered1 c chopped pecans1 c Kraft fat-free mayo2 tbs sweet relish1 tbs dijon mustard1 tsp celery saltsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine everything in a bowl and serve.

*This is wonderful alone, as a sandwhich on sunflower bread, or as a snack on crackers.

    This was GREAT!!! I made it Monday and I am still eating it for lunch and have one serving left for Thursday! I normally pay 5 buvks a day for this at the Cafe...but glad I can make it at home now! I am a VERY picky eater and I give this 5 stars! - 12/8/10
