Leftover Pork Tenderloin10'' Flour TortillaEggsShredded Fiesta Blend Cheese
Chop up pork as desired. Heat in skillet until warm. Pour in pre-scrambles eggs and cook until desired doneness. Place on tottilla that has been placed between two damp paper towels and microwaved for 20-30 seconds. Spice as desired. I add Texas Pete Hot Sauce. Fold tortilla and enjoy.
