Simple Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients
.25 c heart healthy bisquick.25 c egg beaters 100% liquid egg whites.25 c cooked canned pumpkin.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice2 Tbsp water (if you like a thinner pancake)
Directions
Mix all ingredients well (save water for last to see if batter needs loosening or not). Pour onto preheated skillet in 4 inch rounds.
Makes about four 4-inch pancakes (one serving).
Excellent served with apple sauce or sugar free syrup because these are NOT too sweet! They're also delicious with chocolate chips added, but I didn't suggest it ;)
