This was delicious. I replaced the chicken with yellow and green squash, slightly sauteed. YUMMY. http://www.ezmealsinminutes.com - 6/3/09

This was great stuff, everyone who has had it loves it, and can't believe how easy it is to make... - 2/29/12

This is really really good. I only had tofutti low/no fat cream cheese, and it worked great. Last summer I froze basil leaves in between paper towels in a container. These worked great. I also used whole wheat penne and some shells leftover. Adding to my list of favorites. Yum. - 2/23/12

I have looked at, printed and saved several recipes, but this is the first one I have made. I took the advice of others and added some garlic, red peper flakes and cut up a few mushrooms. This was wonderful. Even my husband who automatically says anything good for you will be bad liked it. - 3/23/11

I LOVE this recipe! Such a drastic, but easy change in the taste of pasta. I took some of the advice and added a few things like garlic, green onions, squash, mushrooms and a few shrimp! Delicious! - 11/30/10

Good recipe, a little bland. I added red pepper flakes and a little bit of jarred spaghetti sauce to give it a bit more flavor. I also used whole wheat penne - 8/6/10

This tasted absolutely great and was so easy to make. The only thing I'd change is maybe adding some diced tomatoes and onions. - 4/8/10

This was a good recipe. My husband and I ate it for 3 meals. I added a can of 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup and a half a cup of milk to the sauce to make it creamier. I also added a chopped onion and a clove of garlic as I was cooking the chicken. Onions gave it a good flavor. Very nice! - 3/20/10

This was awesome! I liked it just as it was written, although it lends itself well to substitutions/additions. Thanks! - 6/30/09

Wow! This was wonderful and easy to make. I was a skeptical with the whole 'blender' thing, but drug mine out. Well worth it! I didn't have fresh basil so had to use dried. Next time I'll make sure I have fresh basil!! My husband and kids loved it. Made more than 4 servings, more like 6. - 6/16/09

This was UNBELIEVABLE! My boyfriend is so-so about red peppers and spice but even he thought it was really good. The sauce is so creamy. I used half a box (8 oz) of ziti w/lines to make this and kept the amount of ingredients in the sauce the same. It made 2 huge servings w/480 cals! GREAT! - 6/9/09

Just tried this for dinner. Very nice. I added pepper, garlic and red pepper flakes because some reviews said it was bland. Didn't find it bland at all with the additions. Did find it very rich though, the servings sizes are just enough anything more it would get sickly I think. - 3/18/09

This was WONDERFUL! I had a variation to the skinless chicken breasts. If you can find some organic chicken Italian sausages, slice very thin diagonally & sear in a little EVOO & continue as you would have w/the chicken breasts. OH!, I also used whole wheat pasta. Mmmmm!!!! - 10/15/08

Wow, that was amazing! Will be making again, you can be assured! My only addition was to add 2tsp minced garlic, and I used dried basil. I still can't believe how good this was.......and like everyone else said, so fast! - 12/2/07
