2 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp salt1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 tsp baking soda2 tsp baking powder1/4 flax seeds2 eggs1 cup milk1/2 cup apple sauce1/2 fruits and/or nuts
Makes 12(large)-16(small) muffins.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Sift first five ingredients together in a bowl, add flax seeds.
Mix together in a separate bowl: eggs, milk and applesauce.
Combine dry and wet ingredients together and add fruits/nuts.
Bake 15-18 minutes and enjoy.
