Directions
48 oz 99% fat free ground turkey breast(2 small packages or 1 large package) 3-28oz cans of petitediced tomatoes3-26oz cans of dark red kidney beans3- large red peppers-chopped2- medium onions - chopped3 tbsp chili powder3 tbsp ketchup2 tbsp worchesershire sauce3-4 cloves of garlic - pressed or minced
Brown ground turkey and drain off any remaining fat. Rinse and drain kidney beans. Combine cooked ground turkey, kidney beans, and all other ingredients in largepot and stir well. Cover and allow to simmer on low heat for 60 minutes or more if you like. Can also be done in a croc pot, but you will need a VERY large croc pot!!
**Once cooked, I recommend that you cool it, and then put it into Ziploc twist and seal containers in the freezer. Make sure not to fill the containers too full, as the chili will expand as it freezes. This way your chili can last a few weeks or even a few months!
