Apple Cinnamon dessert

Ingredients
1 small apple (125 grams) diced1/2 tsp cinnamon (lowers blood sugar)1 packet Truvia (stevia)12 grams chopped pecans1-2 tbs water
Directions
chop apple into 1/2" squares; chop pecans coarsely
in small oven-safe bowl, toss apples, pecans, cinnamon, stevia and water. cover with aluminum foil. place in 350 deg oven and bake for 20 min. serve in clean small bowl and enjoy.
