Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
5 sweet potatoes, skinned and boiled3 Tbsp butter1/3 cup milk1 cup shredded cheesesalt to taste
Directions
1. Skin, quarter, and boil sweet potatoes until soft.
2. Whip potatoes, butter, milk, and salt in bowl with mixer.
3. Stir in cheese until melted.
4. Put potato mix in a casserole dish.
5. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
