Rice Apple Crisp

2 cups instant brown rice, cooked 1 can(20 ounce) apples, pie sliced 1 T lemon juice 1 cup brown sugar, divided 1/2 t cinnamon 1/4 t salt 3/4 cup flour 2 T margarine 3/4 cup chopped pecans whipped topping
Preheat oven to 350*F. In a buttered shallow dish, combine instant brown rice, apples, lemon juice, 1/2 cup brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mix flour and remaining sugar, cut in margarine, add pecans. Sprinkle over rice/apple mixture. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm. Top with whipped topping. Makes 6 servings.
