breakfast omelet cup w/ham

use any sodium free seasoningadd veggies if you want like green peppers and tomatoesany egg substitute brand or egg whitesYou must use NON-STICK Cooking spray!!
Make (1) cup in a large or tall mug.
Spray mug w/ non-stick cooking spray. (I use an olive oil version)
Pour about 1/4 cup of egg substitute in mug.
Add Cheese.
Add Mrs. Dash.
Then any vegetables you wish or none.
add about 4 tbsp. more of egg substitute.
Heat on high for 3 minutes.
It will rise out of the cup its ok, it will go back down.
Take a fork and mix/stir.
Heat again for 2 min.
and wallah! presto!
