Parmesan Cheese, grated, 0.5 cup*Lemon Juice, 1 fl ozBasil, 0.5 tbspPepper, black, 0.25 tsp*Tilapia, 7 ozCelery seed, 0.25 tsp*Onion powder, 0.25 tsp*Heinz Horseradish sauce, 3 tsp
Directions
Cook fish first, I suggest Broilling on low for around 11-15 mins, add the horseradish parm mixture 2-3 minutes before end, cook to a gentle golden brown.
