BBQ Crockpot pork ribs

Ingredients
1 large can Tomato Juice1 soda can size can of V-8 Reduced sodiumPackage of Country style pork ribs2TBSP Balsamic Vinegar1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 Tsp Honey MustardBBQ Seasoning (to taste) Garlic Powder (to taste)
Directions
Mix all ingredients except ribs together in crock pot. Add Ribs carefully making sure all are covered by liquid. Cook. I do mine at the 10 hour setting on my crockpot. They are AMAZING! The nutrution information assumes you eat all of the liquid too. I just pull the ribs out and eat them without extra liquid. Each rib is approx 2 servings of meat.
