Balsamic Honey Mustard Dressing

Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil3 tbsp balsamic vinegar (aged)2 tbsp honey2 tbsp brown or dijon mustard
Directions
Combine ingredients in mixing cup. Whisk together (I use a fork) to emulsify. When you can no longer see the oil separated from the other ingredients, you are done mixing -- about 90 seconds. Pour into cruet for serving and storage, and just give it a shake to re-mix before each use. Makes 12 1-tbsp servings.
