Spaghetti Crab Bake

Ingredients
1 box whole wheat penne pasta2 cans red fat cream of chicken soup1 1/2 cups nonfat milk3T. canola oil1c.Mozzarella cheese shredded1/2 c parmesan cheese1lb. imitation crab meat
Directions
Cook penne pasta, drain. Add all other ingredients, stir. Place in greased casserole dish. Cover with lid or foil, bake at 300 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

    If you like Crab this recipe is YUMMY! I used 1/2 box of pasta, only 1 can of Cream of Chicken, no oil, and a smidge less milk - left everything else the same and it was Fantastic! - 7/12/10
