Shrimp stir fry with green veggies

Ingredients
12 medium shrimps1 medium onion, chopped2 cups cabbage, chopped1 cup green bell pepper, cut in strips1 tsp ground fresh ginger1 tsp pround fresh garlic1 tbsp extra light olive oilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions

Heat pan and add oil. Stir fry shrimps till light pink. Stir in ground ginger and garlic. Add onions and fry for 2 mins, then add pepper and then cabbage. Stir for another 5 mins. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.

Really nice with brown rice
